| | | HELP! I am in a dilemma now. Now that all my favourite stores -Play-Asia, HobbySearch and local shop XL-Shop- (just came up today) are already taking pre-order for this figure, I still couldn't decide if I should get her. Suzumiya Haruhi Extravaganza version is a big invenstment because most likely I'll get Mikuru and Yuki as well if I am to order Haruhi. | | | Above: Suzumiya Haruhi Extravaganza Version | Suzumiya Haruhi Extravaganza version was initially announced at HobbySearch about 2 weeks ago with many photos shown at their site. But somehow she isn't very appealing to me for reasons below: Overall she looks too dark, I would prefer her skirt to be pink. Her pose isn't dynamic enough. Don't quite like her guitar, is it removable? Do not have any experience with Max Faxtory yet (any advice?). Slightly expensive. Mikuru, however, is much more attractive than main character Haruhi. Mikuru's wink + Pink dress = Deadly Poison! Even Mikatan's early hands-on weblog shows more Mikuru's photo than Haruhi's. Dang, should I just get only Mikuru instead of the whole bunch? Yuki's dress is hot but her pose is boring. Should be more "boring" to better suit her personality (see Omake picture below). | | | From left to right: Nagato Yuki, Suzumiya Haruhi, Asahina Mikuru | Prices are quite the same everywhere but if I decide to order, I'll most likely get her from Play-Asia since they offer free shipping to Kuala Lumpur and I can use my US$8 coupon. Omake | | | From left to right: Tsuruya, Ryoko, Mikuru, Haruhi, Itsuki, Kyon, Yuki |

Since you have already collect all of the Bunny girls why don't you collect them anyway it is lesser than bunny girls in both money and quantity. Well it would really shows that you are a die hard Suzumiya Fan if you buy all of them, maybe in the late future you can open a your own Suzumiya musuem in Malaysia hahahaha | | Divine Fang (Kuala Lumpur, MY) Posted December 6th, 2008 11:30 am (Sat) | Thanks all, I have decided to get her! @ Persocom, Strong point and really helpful, but I take it as "I don't want to regret NOT getting something". @ gordon, I did that (waiting) and it's time to order. Great to hear that Max Factory is a reputable company. Hopefully I'll be able to get all too. @ AnimeVocalist, I won't lose to you and Gordon! @ Jus a loser, SOS-Dan Museum LOL! You're right, hope that Max Factory won't rip me off with Tsuruya, Ryoko or even come up with the original ENOZ member. By the way, ENOZ is the disbanded ZONE spelled backwards. | | Rin (Toronto) Posted December 8th, 2008 2:52 am (Mon) | This set by Max Factory is something to get for fans... I do like it and I did pre-order it... I feel that this figure is worth the price and worth the pre order... By the way, the prototype of the figure always looks slightly different from the final product in some way. So I think they'll either make the colors brighter or somehow match the figure... | | Dvine Fang (Kuala Lumpur, MY) Posted December 8th, 2008 12:07 pm (Mon) | @ Rin, Pre-ordered. I think I'll like this figure more when I get my hands on it :) You're right, prototype and final product are slightly different and I'd rather have the always better-looking prototype LOL! | | Leonia (France) Posted April 5th, 2009 8:08 am (Sun) | I'am waiting Mikuru'release avec impatient. She is my favorite of the set. But Haruhi is cute too. | | Divine Fang (Kuala Lumpur, MY) Posted April 5th, 2009 8:50 am (Sun) | @ Leonia, As an update for this 4-month old post, I somehow dropped Mikuru Ex. Still waiting for Play-Asia's shipment of Haruhi Ex to arrive :) | | | | | | |
