| | | HELP! I am in a dilemma now. Now that all my favourite stores -Play-Asia, HobbySearch and local shop XL-Shop- (just came up today) are already taking pre-order for this figure, I still couldn't decide if I should get her. Suzumiya Haruhi Extravaganza version is a big invenstment because most likely I'll get Mikuru and Yuki as well if I am to order Haruhi.

Suzumiya Haruhi Extravaganza version was initially announced at HobbySearch about 2 weeks ago with many photos shown at their site. But somehow she isn't very appealing to me for reasons below:
• Overall she looks too dark, I would prefer her skirt to be pink.
• Her pose isn't dynamic enough.
• Don't quite like her guitar, is it removable?
• Do not have any experience with Max Faxtory yet (any advice?).
• Slightly expensive.
Mikuru, however, is much more attractive than main character Haruhi. Mikuru's wink + Pink dress = Deadly Poison! Even Mikatan's early hands-on weblog shows more Mikuru's photo than Haruhi's. Dang, should I just get only Mikuru instead of the whole bunch? Yuki's dress is hot but her pose is boring. Should be more "boring" to better suit her personality (see Omake picture below).

Prices are quite the same everywhere but if I decide to order, I'll most likely get her from Play-Asia since they offer free shipping to Kuala Lumpur and I can use my US$8 coupon.

u can rest assured Max Faxtory's figures are top notch. they are one of the best in the market.
a good way to make up your mind is wait a few days. if your minds still crave for it then buy it u must. else u can just go for mikuru which u like.

Well it would really shows that you are a die hard Suzumiya Fan if you buy all of them, maybe in the late future you can open a your own Suzumiya musuem in Malaysia hahahaha

I do like it and I did pre-order it...
I feel that this figure is worth the price and worth the pre order...
By the way, the prototype of the figure always looks slightly different from the final product in some way. So I think they'll either make the colors brighter or somehow match the figure...
