Tag: Figure, Nendoroid, Pixel Maritan | | | Yay! I have just recently acquired Nendoroid Pixel Maritan, not one, but two of them! Nendoroid Maritan comes in 2 versions -#56a and #56b-. The #56a Assault Combat version which is a Hobby Japan mail-in order is priced slightly higher than #56b and she comes with different accessories, obviously her bazooka has lured my to get both of them *Ouch! My wallet!*
While there aren't too many online resources about Maritan, this Japansugoi's entry will give you a very good introduction of this moe-nized bad-mouthed U.S. Marine Drill Insturctor (Maritan web comic official site here). Otherwise head straight to Youtube for "video'ed" version of Maritan's drama CD (voice acting) contents! PS: You do not really have to know Japanese language to enjoy those videos :)

Surprisingly, Nendoroid Pixel Maritan 56b comes with a "middle-finger" optional hand for some nasty pose. If you have already watched some Youtube videos above, I suppose the following photo will not leave you any bad impression about Maritan?

Thanks! I like her bazooka the most. Watch 2 episodes on Youtube and you will get a good grasp of who she is!
